I am an attorney practicing in West Virginia. May I use the Law Library collection for research?

West Virginia attorneys are welcome to use the print collection housed in the College of Law Library. In addition to print materials, while visiting the library, attorneys may access digital collections in HeinOnline, ProQuest Congressional, ProQuest Legislative Insight, ProQuest Regulatory Insight, ProQuest Supreme Court Insight, Law.com, Ebsco Legal Source, and others.

Note that other digital collections not listed here are limited by the terms of their license to affiliates of WVU College of Law and are not available to attorneys or public patrons.
