At this time the WVU Libraries does not have a LaTeX template (or any template) for ETDs. There is a LaTeX template on GitHub that was created by Applied Space Exploration lab. But please be aware that the WVU libraries are unable to provide any support for the template and can only provide very limited support for LaTeX in general.
