You need to launch Acrobat Pro in order to merge two *.pdf files.
- There is a widget on the beginning splash screen.
- Choose "Combine files into PDF"
- In the upper lefthand corner choose "Load files" and navigate to the files you want to combine.
- Click on "combine files."
Or from the menu bar: File -->Create-->"Combine files into a single PDF"
