Get it from WVU (BX)
Links to the Book Express form for requesting a book owned by WVU gets shipped to a branch library.
Find it at WVU
Checks if access to the resource is available through the WVU library systems.
If the resource is not available the user will be sent to the WMS page with the request ILLIAD option
