Answer

The Libraries provide free New York Times subscriptions for the WVU campus community.

To activate your access and get a year-long pass, begin here.  https://lib.wvu.edu/databases/connect.php?1434567915=INVS

Create an account with your WVU email address and read the New York Times on a smartphone app or a computer. Your "Academic Pass" is good for one year.
